Our Story
It all started with Bill Allen 45 years ago. Bill built up the business and established a reputation for doing top-notch quality work and being easy to talk to. Bill started teaching his son, Josh, to mow when he was a boy, and Josh has worked with him for decades. Jeff worked with Bill when he was a teenager, and went on to work for other lawncare companies.
Josh took on the leadership of Bill's company in 2020, calling it "Allen Lawncare, LLC." Jeff also went on his own in 2020, having a company called "Forever Green, LLC." As Josh and Jeff helped each other, they realized they could provide better service by combining companies, which they have in 2021- "Allen and White, LLC."

Jeff White, COO
Jeff and Josh are cousins, and Jeff grew up working for Bill from the time he was a teenager. We know we're biased...but Jeff's the best at trimming shrubs we've ever seen.

Josh Allen, CEO
Josh's dad (Bill) was the company's founder, and Josh grew up working with him since he was a boy. Josh views each lawn like a work of art; he won't finish until it's perfect.

Bill Allen, President Emeritus
Bill founded the company over 40 years ago, and it's his eye for detail and relational skills that made the company what it is today. Bill taught us how to look over your work to double check for quality, and to work hard. He can also climb trees in ways you'd have to see to believe.
Bill is Josh's dad and Jeff's uncle.
